Fueled for UST (10.11.12) & MINT

If you would look at the title yes this has something to do with the UST vs. ADMU Game 2. It's an outfit post. We were asked to wear yellow to support our school in Game 2. Though we've lost, I'm still a proud Thomasian. Why? They gave a big great fight. So congratulations to both teams.

For our outfit posts. When I heard that we would be wearing yellow, I got excited since it's a day off from our uniform. Then, I thought it will be great if I will wear a Thomasian shirt. But due to public demand, the one that I want isn't available anymore. If you are curious what it is... that's the baseball shirt that has a "Tigers" writing on it. Because I thought it would be a good lookbook posts. But unfortunately, that did not happen. So I came up with this.

black and yellow plaid (Mint), Watch (SM Accessories), Pants (Penshoppe), Singlet/Sando/Vest (Penshoppe), Eyeglasses (Tomato)

Let me just say something about Mint since I've already given some thoughts about those other brands just browse my page. So Mint, as a local brand, I think what they have in stores are our everyday or school clothes. I think that's good because you will get good stuffs in a single store. I think as local brand they should also be part of those most known, just an opinion. So they should make some more noise. And oh btw, they are part of the Fashion Week on the 23rd of October. You have to go guys for you to check on their new collections. To avail the ticket purchase P1,000 for 1 ticket & P1,500 for 2 tickets from their store and voila.

Thomasian and Proud

Maybe it's not bad to make a feature about the school you are into. The university which has been molding me for years. Now, I'm a graduating student from the Faculty of Pharmacy standing as a Thomasian and Proud. Actually, the idea that brought me from making this post is because of the Marketing video of University of Santo Tomas which when I saw made me even more proud. Before showing it to you, let me just say something about UST.

It is a school of great honor

Sort of like a FAMILY

Here I go again, posting something about my blockmates. We may have great differences but I know somehow we share a common thing and I am pretty sure that those differences and what's common to us makes our whole section, our friendship, makes us sort of like a FAMILY.

So here's the 2nd part for our retreat videos. The first may be a bit fun but this second is more of on a serious note. I hope you guys enjoy it.

4 C Pharmacy (you make me feel MV)

They say that it's hard to find real true friends when you are in college because of the pressure you are into. For me, it's a big NO NO. They are everywhere. Just like my blockmates, they are real true friends. I like each and everyone of them because they are unique in their own way and that makes 4CPH exists.

So, I just had a retreat with them at Caleruega, Batangas. Had a very epic retreat with my crazy, jolly and wonderful blockmates. That's why I made a video... here it is...

UST Personal

So I was browsing again my facebook wall and I saw this T-shirt design by Personal. What I thought after it, this will be a good blog post since I haven't posted since the flood except for yesterday's and the lookbook post. What I mean is it's not that updated anymore. Anyway, that's not important, what is... is this, the designs of personal shirt. For my fellow Thomasians, let me present to you Personal Shirt S.Y. 2012-2013 Fashion. hahaha..

These three are my personal favorite... and I really need to get these. Hoping that it's not out of stock. Cause every time I visit their booth when they are at UST my size isn't available. :((

Alter to Fit

I can not fathom the idea of wearing a shirt that is not a perfect fit for me. Then why I bought this? Basically, I asked my friend to buy me clothes from H&M. (This brand has been in stores making good quality clothes and products that promotes customer satisfaction.) So I browsed their website to check which one I should buy. So I chose a couple of clothes. Then send the link to her. The idea is like online shopping.

Maybe others find it not so good because the item that you might get is not the perfect size that you want. That's what happened to this one shirt that my friend bought for me. It appeared longer that we thought. I faced this problem as something to explore to.

This time, is the time for me to experiment more about my clothes. Do some cuttings, and stuffs alike. I got myself a sharp scissors. Cut the lower part for an inch and a half because as I said it's too long. After cutting it, I stretched the fabric to make a detail about the ends of it. What's the detail? The ends curled up. That's a good thing, I think. Then what to do about the part you cut. Again, explore, experiment. In this outfit, I made it as a bracelet.

Who is the TOPMAN?

It's been years that this particular brand I am wearing is making good quality clothes. Quality is indeed a good thing for every product. But Topman does not only go for good quality they root for customer satisfaction. They know what every guy wants to wear. They know what's in and what's out. So this outfit I'm wearing is a tribute to a brand that has been making clothes that are a two-thumbs-up. And guys, don't forget that they are on a End of the Season Sale. Moves Like Jagger

In Philippines, the weather is very moody. The month of June must be a rainy weather but most times the heat of the sun is the highest power. It's not good, I know. So for me to be in a cool mode. I've decided to wear my singlet/vest/sando from Folded and Hung. I've always been a fan of Folded and Hung. For me this is one local brand that I can go in and out to always. They have nice cool collections. Then, I paired it with my black carrot cut pants with my Toms shoes. So that I can run or walk freely since I'm going to be the photographer for our project. :P
