I know it took me a while to post what I wore during my testimonial dinner. I'm sorry for that. But I'm proud that somehow, my ideal attire what I should wear to the said event is close from what I have posted before (Previous Post). I just made a few changes for it to look better. Again, I have a few advice for this look:

1. If your shirt is already with a printed collar, it's very okay not to wear a tie because the tendency is overdressing and we are avoiding that.
2. The color of your belt is also the color of your shoes
3. If in my previous post the color of my coat is different with the color of my pants, here is just quite different. My coat and pants may be of different color but still they are on the same shade.

I guess that's it. The only important thing is that you should be comfortable with what you are wearing so that you can pull it off perfectly.

It's hot! The sun has been releasing a lot of heat. That's why it's kind of hard to wear something you will feel less hot. But good enough that I came up with a plan. A good fabric is very important for you to have the No Sweat attire. And there are only few polo shirts which can deliver that. One of which is Ralph Lauren. I know polo shirts are kinda cliche already when it comes to that brand but still they have the one. Next let's go bottoms. A goody good shorts will be good since pants is kind of a no no for this kind of summer heat. But of course, I had to make the look different that's why I wore it with a high socks and my desert boots. Lastly, some good sunglasses to protect your eyes from the sun, bracelets for your look not to look dull, a good bag that's enough to carry what you need for the day and a good cold tasty drink from SOLA to keep you hydrated. Let me just tell something about Sola. It's all natural and real brewed. You'll see the difference once you've tasted it for those who haven't. So that's it for now. Here are some more photos:

If you have been visiting my page I guess you will see that I have my instagram (@thepaulodiaries) posted on the side. And these past few days, it's been a lot of OOTD posts because I'm not wearing uniform on my review classes but then I had a little break for one day... it's not actually a break I just wore the sporty me because I have to go to the gym after my class. But I'm not going to blog about that. What I will blog is how I was challenged to get back to the game. So the next day I wore something like this.

The Benchsetter

I was going over my clothes and thought that would love to go over with an attire that is purely just a single brand which is BenchTM. So this is what I got. Well, let me say something about this particular brand that I'm wearing. Bench is one of those local brands that you'd be proud of because they are globalizing themselves already and have a lot to offer to their customers. Why not? They give a great customer satisfaction as what I have observed and they are one of the leading local clothing brands in the Philippines.

Birds Flying High You Know How I Feel

I think prints are one of those cool things in high-fashion because it's really catchy in the eyes. But people are having hard times in wearing it with confidence most specially matching it with the right pair. I think what you need to do is:

1.) Know the color. I purely believe that color will help in bringing out the best in what you wear. With a perfect match of colors you can really pull it off. As you can see I paired my black printed polo into my musturd-ish pants.

2.) Assess the print. Of course, you have to be aware of the print in your shirt. If it's too grande don't go for too many stuffs. Make it a little simpler. Balance it.

3.) Wear it with enough confidence and enjoy it.

I really a fan of hoodie shirts because it's not just any type of shirt. I think it's very versatile. Like when it's kind of drizzling outside you can wear it on or when you are cold, it can be helpful. So I wore this attire when I got back here in Manila from the province. 

At the same time, as you can see on my previous posts with my photos on it, my hair is kind of messy and now on this picture it's all fixed up. Thanks to Sir Seven Lee of Tony and Jackey (SM San Lazaro) for doing a great job on my hair. They've been into quality hair service for years. And if you are into Korean hair innovation here in the Philippines, they are the one that I recommend. Actually, I've already made a post before about them concerning about my pompadour hair. Here's the link. I'm not actually a fan of Korean Music or Drama. But when it comes to their fashion, it's part of my favorites. That's why every time I cut my hair, I choose Tony and Jackey. When I had this down perm thingy, they are on sale and I think it's still up until November 15. So you better go now and have you hair treated. Then while on the process, one of their friendly staffs asked me to join their contest which caught my attention because you get to win a lot of GC's. And that would be of big help for me. Here's how:

Dusk is just an Illusion

As I've said on my previous entry, burgundy is my new favorite color that's why I made this look. That pants is from BenchTM. Yes, bench is good local brand that also create fashionable clothes just like others with a very reasonable price. And of course, if I have my favorite color on this look, I should also put my favorite... H&M. A colorful striped tank top is best to fit in this pants and a very humid weather. A little compliment for H&M, I think they know what's best for us customers because they know what style to sell and what fashion is in. Nice huh?! Then my shoes from Sebago and accessories from Aldo and SM Accessories.

Across the Universe

If you've been following me on my Twitter, I assume that you saw my post that I am modernizing a Clark Kent look. So here it is, as promised. I got this idea because of Bench Universe. As we all know, Clark Kent or Superman went across the universe and came to Earth. He stayed here and fought for our Earth. But aside from being a superhero, he is a journalist. And the way he wear the thought of it is being the Nerdy Dapper. And that's why I went to that look which I modernized a bit.

If you are wondering where I got that necklace. I made it. I'm not sure with the brand of that bow-tie because I just saw it from my bag of bowties and suspenders. Then I thought, instead of wearing the bowtie, maybe I can make it as another form of accessory. So, I saw this black necklace of mine. Took out its original pendant. Then for the bowtie part, I ripped of the neck-ring, But I can still attach it though. And voila, hook it together and you'll have that look. :D
